Bruno Goveas branched out into Sports PR after a decade’s experience of working as a Sports Journalist in some of the country's leading newspapers.
Beginning with Mid-Day Mumbai, his journey has taken him through newspapers like The Daily, The Independent (Times of India Group), Indian Express, Dalal Street Journal Television, The Pioneer and Sunday Observer.
Having worked and interacted closely with the leading sports journalists in the country helped Bruno Goveas make a smooth transition from Sports Journalism into Sports PR and Events. The close connect with his contemporaries, most of whom have risen to the rank of 'Sports Editor‘ in various newspapers in major metros, places him in a unique position when promoting an event.
Currently Bruno Goveas is the Managing Partner for Aryanz Sports PR and events which specializes in conceptualizing, promoting and executing Mass-Participation Running Events at the National and International Level. Under Bruno’s Leadership their flagship event the Indiabulls Home Loans Vasai-Virar Mayor’s Marathon has grown to become one of the leading races in India.
Over the years Aryanz Sports PR and Events has handled PR and promotions for some of the biggest sporting events in the country, including the Mumbai Marathon, the Delhi Half Marathon, the Bangalore World 10K.
